You can book an appointment with Gyna Angel Counselling by calling our office or by filling out an online booking form on our website.  Full payment must be made in advance to schedule your appointment at the times and days that the system shows available. (We accept credit and debit cards)

Normally Court & Inmigration does not request documents in writing, we can only provide a general document where we can confirm that you, your family, or your child is attending for counseling sessions with us as a Counsellor Therapist. We are not doing assessments/diagnostics reports at the moment.

The session has a duration of 60 min. In case you need the services in person our office is at: 300-340 Midpark Way SE, Calgary. On the other hand, if you need the session in virtual way you must indicate that in your booking process to received  an email from us with the zoom link after you completed your booking. 

If you arrive late to your session, you will still be attended to for the remaining time. Sessions are 60 minutes long, and no refunds can be provided. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. If you are unable to attend for any reason, the session will be forfeited.

To make any modification to your appointment you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to obtain a change of date/hour. No refunds will be issued once your appointment is booked. Without exception. We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please call/email our office to proceed with the changes.

After your session, we will provide an invoice of your counselling service so you can request reimbursement from your insurance company. We suggest to verify that your insurance company covers "counseling therapist services". At the moment we do not offer direct bill.

For anyone not covered or those who do not have health benefits coverage with an employer, you can claim our counselling services as a tax-deductible health expense
